Hey, I’m Liv, of Liv Life Fitness. Fitness isn’t just something you do, it’s a lifestyle. How I show you to train will stay with you for life. Intensity, passion and relentless commitment are what I give all aspects of my life, whether I’m Powerlifting, Muay Thai boxing, or even just demolishing a burger! I’ve always been active, taking on crazy fitness challenges or working to beat personal records.
I’ve worked with clients looking to make strength gains, weight losses, or even just improve their general health and wellbeing. My personal approach to health and fitness is holistic, incorporating cardio, flexibility and mobility as elements of any training plan. I will push you to work your hardest in multiple disciplines, leaving you fitter, stronger and more self-assured.
Some things a little different about me; I love snowboarding, I’ll try absolutely anything once, I’m a jazz singer, I cycled to Berlin for charity, and I’m known as the Core Queen.
My training consists of anaerobic cardio training & circuits, Muay Thai, powerlifting, core conditioning, no macros or calorie counting. If you’re looking to feel invigorated and excited to train, you know where to find me (probably squatting!)
