I’ve been into fitness most of my life, and turning that into teaching was a no-brainer. There’s nothing better than seeing people grow in confidence, get stronger, and surprise themselves with what they can achieve. I’ve had the chance to live, travel, and teach in Australia too, which gave me a whole new perspective on how to bring energy into every class.
