Hi, I’m Gemma Merna – a Mind and Body Master Trainer dedicated to guiding people on a deeper journey of connection, healing, and self-discovery. I bring a wealth of experience to my work as a Master Intuitive Psychology Coach, Hypnotherapist, Yoga and Pilates Teacher, Sound Healer, and qualified Personal Trainer – and I’m also the founder of Mind and Wellness, a space created to support holistic wellbeing from the inside out.
In my classes, you’ll experience breathwork, slow and controlled movement, and mindfulness practices that help reset the nervous system and bring you back into alignment. It’s more than a workout – it’s a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself on every level.

Outside of the studio, I’m a proud dog mum to Piper, Pearl, and Ralph – so if you love dogs like I do, we’re already friends. I believe in authenticity, balance, and a good dose of laughter – and I bring all of that into the space we share.
