With over 20 years of coaching experience, I bring a lifelong passion for movement and body performance to every session I lead. Before solely moving into fitness coaching, I enjoyed a successful international career as a professional dancer and aerial performer, appearing in world-renowned productions and holding leadership roles including Dance Captain, Choreographer, Production Manager, and Featured Aerialist.
My background in dance, Pilates, and fitness—rooted from the age of three—has shaped a deep understanding of body mechanics, technique, and functional movement. I hold a BA (Hons) Degree and a Level 6 Diploma in Dance and Performing Arts, along with certifications in Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and a wide range of fitness and dance instruction disciplines.
Each class I deliver is intentionally designed to blend technical skill and expertise with creative choreography and flow. I believe energy is contagious, and I bring 100% to every class I lead.
My mission is to help people feel strong, confident, and empowered through movement. I absolutely love what I do—and that passion is at the heart of every session I coach.
