Hi, I’m Maddie. My training style is based on over 10 years of experience in bodybuilding with a touch of HIIT. My sessions are designed to help you transform your physique and build strength, muscle, and confidence.
My approach to personal training is matched to each individual, starting with a body composition analysis and an in-depth goal-setting session. My aim is to understand how to get the best out of every client, however ‘the best’ is interpreted by them.
I believe the key to introducing a successful fitness routine is based on not just coaching but also offering 360° support with my clients' wellness - building their confidence and knowledge to drive behavioural changes.
