Experience a new level of focus, balance and mindfulness as you take to the tranquil waters of our pool for this exciting new fitness class. Yoga on a stand up paddleboard.  

SUP Yoga (Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga) adds a new dimension to your standard yoga workout. A way to further connect with your body, to open your mind and benefit from the restorative powers of movement and water combined. 

Using specially adapted, extra-stable paddleboards, you’ll slowly and carefully move through a series of relaxing salutations to help you build strength, develop your coordination and stability and find new levels of inner peace. 

Suitable for both beginners and more advanced yogis, this is your path to ultimate flexibility and total mindfulness. 

From table top to modified locust, seated twists to downward dogs, the added challenge of balancing on a paddleboard will add new focus to your workouts, as you’re forced to focus on specific movements, specific balance and specific muscles.  

Plus, the tranquillity of the surrounding waters in our luxurious indoor pool environment will help your free your mind from stress and worry.
